Delivery
Delivery is by Royal Mail and is free to you no matter how large your order.
I use Royal Mail, delivery usually takes 2 working days.
I try and make and post orders the same day Monday to Saturday.
Orders are packed in an organza bag, bubble wrap, then tissue paper and popped in a padded envelope with my business card and a personal thank you note.
Returns
I want my customers to be 100% happy with my buttons.
If you are unhappy with the product you receive, contact me and we can sort it out promptly.
Please pay attention to the size you are ordering.
Each button has an image beside a UK 20 pence coin for accurate scale. If your buttons are not the size you expected you can return them unused in their original padded envelope to me. Just contact me to arrange the return. Once I receive the buttons back I can exchange them for you.
